How easy is it to build a DIY easel?

I have made it as easy as possible! I've tried to use the minimum of materials for each easel and you probably have all the tools you need already at home. The instructions are step-by-step and if you follow each step on the written instructions and watch the accompanyiong videos you will have no trouble in making your easel.

Where can I buy the hinges and clasps and other "specialist" items?

I have provided links to these on Amazon.com in the package for each easel. You may also be able to obtain them in your local craft or home improvement store.
